We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a bustling shopping area on the outskirts of town. It was so convenient to have everything we needed right at our doorstep. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially enjoyed the terrace and the in-room safe. The hotel also had a lovely dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where we could relax and enjoy a drink. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable stay.
Highly recommended for families.

The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of the city, making it easily accessible from the Channel ports. The pool/sauna area could benefit from some updating and modernization.

I had a fantastic stay with great hotel facilities including a swimming pool and sauna which were both very enjoyable. The staff were very nice, very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel is ideally located just outside the city, with easy transportation via the tramway and close proximity to a large grocery store.

The staff at Mercure were accommodating when we arrived and found our room not as clean as we had hoped. They quickly arranged for us to switch to a new room that had a amazing view, especially in the morning. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and provided a great start to our day. having a huge grocery store right across the street was convenient for any snacks or essentials we needed.

The room was spacious, clean and very quiet. The beds were comfortable, and we had extra pillows if needed. The staff were very attentive and kind. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a tram stop, making it easy to reach the city center.
